Right-click on the file or hold the Control key and click.

Select Compression on the pop-up window. Or, you can use WinRAR to encrypt the zip file. Drag and drop files in the zipped folder to add more files to it. Click on the Compressed (zipped) folder option. When you are posting them on the web, they can be uploaded quickly. This means that the files will be smaller, so it will be easier to attach heavier files to the email and send them across. Another characteristic of a zip file is that it is compressed. 
A better option would be to club it all together in a zip file and attach that one zip file real quick to the mail.
